I’ve lived in Spain-near Madrid. Like most places, racism is a little more evident in smaller cities and towns. The larger cities are quite diverse. I did find that it was more difficult to meet people in Spain.

I don’t know much about Spain, but I plan to take a semester their next winter. I’m looking into a university in Seville. As for racism,in Spain, I have no idea, but they used to have a really large Empire, and their history is a mix of cultures. I’m guessing Spanish people are probably a less racist then other Europeans, but then again, I’ve never been their, and that’s just an educated guess. Let me know when and where you plan to go.
