TCK Resources in Chinese (Mandarin)

Miyon’s recent post of a Korean TCK book inspired me to look up more TCK-related resources in Chinese. I am surprised to find there are quite a few of them around and so far those that I see are from HK mission groups. So here goes!

    I noticed it's in traditional characters so it's in Taiwanese?
  • Michael: that is correct about "sea turtles".

    The term refers to any overseas Chinese who are "repatriating" to China and this does not necessarily mean TCK, it can be Chinese immigrants, those that left China to work or study elsewhere etc.
  • Sorry, that was off thread. I also meant to say, thanks for the resources! They are hard to find on the mainland, and I think will be increasingly helpful to Chinese parents! :)
  • My understanding of 'sea turtles' here is that they are the Chinese diaspora who are returning to mainland China after extended time away. I'm not sure where the cutoff comes as far as number of years away, but they are an interesting group as thier children could, until recently, attend international school. Now, at least in our city, one parent must have a foreign passport. So, while many of the sea turtles are not TCK, their kids are...
