shout out
Hey,
I just joined and I guess it’ll take me a while to get used to the organization of the site - it seems a bit confusing at first just because there is so much to look at but at the same time it’s rather exciting to even have such a place to connect with people who can understand our experiences better than non-tcks.
Just by the way, my name is Tracy and I spent most of my growing up years in South Africa and Swaziland and am now in Oklahoma in my junior year of college.

Hi Tracy! Welcome to TCKid.com!! My name is Laura, and I’m honored to be the first to welcome you!
One of the things I love about TCKid.com is what you mentioned, people understand what we go through better than non-TCKs! We’re all really friendly too, so feel free to check out the chatroom too.
Welcome again!

hi Tracy!
It’s so exciting, isn’t it? to find out a site like this that has so much info on TCKs and can help us so much!
Take the time to look at the videos, those are quite interesting.
Also, have you read the book that’s on our ‘home’ page? I think it’s a good place to start.
We have a tradition here, which is to welcome newcomers with a funny lolcat picture.
Here’s yours:
