Inside Panda’s Head: Home is where the “heart” is

[Warning: May include some smushy content]

I think I rediscovered myself. You’re always discovering something new about yourself  everyday :)

This trip back to the US made me realized something. Home is not where I physically am, home is where I put my “heart”. And my “heart” belongs to my boyfriend. It’s not the US I want to return to, it’s my boyfriend that I want to return to. And I am very happy that I finally realized it :)

If my boyfriend is in India, I’ll go there. If he’s in Germany, I’ll go there. If he’s in the southern tip of Argentina or the northern part of Iceland - I’d still go there. That is where I have felt at home - just to be with my boyfriend.

At the age of 25, I have found my “home”.

Cynthiaaaa! I totally agree, home is in relationships.

I came to this conclusion when I realized I felt “home” being with my girlfriend and family. You can have a relationship to certain places, memories, sounds and familiar surroundings… but in the end, home is always in relationships with *people* you love.

What’s the point of being “home” if no one cares about you? That’s not home!

I’m happy you found your home, say hi to Nathan for me :D

THE CHINESE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT APPROVE THIS MUSHY POST. >_<
