Inside Panda’s Head: Home is where the “heart” is
[Warning: May include some smushy content]
I think I rediscovered myself. You’re always discovering something new about yourself everyday
This trip back to the US made me realized something. Home is not where I physically am, home is where I put my “heart”. And my “heart” belongs to my boyfriend. It’s not the US I want to return to, it’s my boyfriend that I want to return to. And I am very happy that I finally realized it
If my boyfriend is in India, I’ll go there. If he’s in Germany, I’ll go there. If he’s in the southern tip of Argentina or the northern part of Iceland - I’d still go there. That is where I have felt at home - just to be with my boyfriend.
At the age of 25, I have found my “home”.

Cynthia! This is so ridiculously cute and sappy!! LOL That’s amazing, I’m glad you’ve found your home and at 25, you’ve still got a jump on other people.

Cynthiaaaa! I totally agree, home is in relationships.
I came to this conclusion when I realized I felt “home” being with my girlfriend and family. You can have a relationship to certain places, memories, sounds and familiar surroundings… but in the end, home is always in relationships with *people* you love.
What’s the point of being “home” if no one cares about you? That’s not home!
I’m happy you found your home, say hi to Nathan for me
