you found me! far far too far

there I was listening to my car radio… and suddenly, they were talking about me! At last, I have a category!

I should add I live in Australia, which is, believe me, a long way from the rest of the world when you’re a restless but penniless TCK. This is not something you get a lot of sympathy for. What i want is to live in the South of France, where I would not only speak the language but be able to wander to the right (Spain), to the left (Italy), move up (England, Germany etc) or down (Africa, almost) with ease.

    I live in Australia (Queensland) as well and even though it is a huge country I'd like to dive into a completely new culture/ language/ environment at times just to have that feeling again and again...

    Welcome! I remember when I first found out I wasn't a weirdo and there were other people like me, it was an amazing feeling.

    By the way, there's a group in Sydney Australia with many TCKs if you'd like to meet some internationally minded folks.
