Are there any college/student organization for TCKs?

“Is there any college organization for TCK’s so we can find and connect with each other face-to-face on sometimes huge campuses? TCK’s walk past each other constantly and may not even know they have something in common! A student organization can help them connect, especially since some areas of the world have a “mind your own business” mentality that sometimes prevent TCK’s from finding each other.” From Darren B.

    tckid, where do you live?

As far as I know, my university does not have a student organization tailored to the TCK. Thanks to older MKs on campus, I joined them in several meet ups to pray for and help one another in the past 2-3 years. I hope to expand this meet up from MK to TCK. Where do you live, tckid? Do you attend high school? College? Maybe you can initiate a TCK group in your area and we can work on making collaboration work among different schools.

At my university, it takes $20 and a form to start a student organization. (and maybe like 3 people?) The problem for me, is that I don’t know any other TCKs at my university, though I wouldn’t be surprised if there were…

Are these organizations working together? Hopefully they are! If not, they should be! “The South” definitely needs a TCK organization. Southerners travel too but are sometimes spread out so far in the “boondocks” to find like-minded people! Urban TCK’s have a better chance of finding other like-minded people, unlike rural TCKs. I guess thats the way it is for now.

I know I posted before, but I’m actually thinking of starting up a student organization for TCKs/CCKs/MKs/etc. Does anybody know how I could go about reaching out to people? I don’t know of many TCKs around the Madison, WI area…
